By accessing or using Loyalty Card Generator ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your business to use this Service.
Loyalty Card Generator provides a digital loyalty card platform that allows businesses to create, manage, and distribute digital loyalty cards to their customers. Features include QR code generation, stamp tracking, reward management, and customer analytics.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at info@loyaltycardgenerator.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Each business entity may maintain one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits or restrictions is prohibited.
We offer various subscription tiers with different feature sets and usage limits. Details of current plans and pricing are available on our Pricing page.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on each renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of a charge if you believe you have been billed in error.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days notice of any price changes via email before they take effect.
You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the platform.
You must not: (a) use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications; (b) upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; (c) resell or sublicense the Service without written permission; (d) use the Service to engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices; (e) violate any applicable laws or regulations.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to collect and process your customers' personal data through our platform, including obtaining any required consents under applicable data protection laws.
The Loyalty Card Generator platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without express written permission.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform (logos, card designs, customer data). By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loyalty Card Generator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account from the dashboard settings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for up to 90 days to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
